1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Bublingo, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Bublingo provides real-time audio transcription, translation, and AI-generated summaries. Service includes a free 1-hour demo tier and paid monthly/annual subscriptions.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide an accurate email address
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per user (no shared accounts)
- You must be 16 years or older
4. Subscription & Billing
Free Tier: 1 hour total transcription lifetime.
Monthly Plan: $9.99/month, 10 hours per month. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Annual Plan: $79/year, 10 hours per month. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Payments processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Generally no refunds for partial months.
5. Usage Limits
Minutes are measured by Soniox processing time. If you exceed your plan's minutes, you will be prompted to upgrade. Test accounts may have unlimited access for development purposes only.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
- No illegal activities or surveillance
- No recording conversations without consent
- No malware or malicious content
- No reverse engineering
You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording any conversation.
7. Intellectual Property
You own your transcripts, translations, and summaries. Bublingo owns the software, UI, and branding. You grant us a license to process your audio to provide the service.
8. AI-Generated Content
Summaries are generated by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for critical decisions without human review.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bublingo is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
11. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for violation of terms. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
13. Changes to Terms
We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
