Bublingo ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our real-time translation and transcription service.

• Account information (email, subscription status)
• Audio data (processed in real-time, not permanently stored unless you save sessions)
• Transcripts and translations (stored only when you explicitly save)
• Usage metrics (transcription minutes, feature usage)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we never see full card details)

• To provide real-time transcription and translation (via Soniox API)
• To generate AI summaries (via OpenAI/Gemini API)
• To manage your subscription and usage limits
• To improve our service (anonymized aggregate data only)

Soniox: Audio sent for real-time speech recognition and translation. GDPR certified, SOC2 Type II compliant. Audio is not stored longer than necessary.

OpenAI / Gemini: For AI summaries we send transcript text. No personal identifiers included.

Supabase: Stores account data, saved transcripts, and summaries. GDPR compliant.

Stripe: Handles payments. We share subscription details, not full payment information.

• Unsaved sessions: audio discarded immediately after processing
• Saved sessions: stored until you delete them
• Account deletion: all data permanently deleted within 30 days

• Right to access: download all your data
• Right to deletion: delete your account and all associated data
• Right to rectification: update your profile information
• Right to portability: export transcripts in JSON format

To exercise these rights, visit Settings → Data → Export or Delete Account.

Bublingo distinguishes between speakers but does not identify specific individuals (e.g., "Person 1", not "John"). We never store voice fingerprints or biometric data.

Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be processed in the EU, US, or other regions where our subprocessors operate.

We will notify users via email of material changes.
